A. Eva’s Cookies and Brownies does not share customer information with third parties under any circumstances. We value our customers and honor their privacy. 

Future Date Shipping 

Q. I would like my order to ship out on a future date.
A. If you would like the fulfillment of your Eva’s Cookies and Brownies online order to be delayed, please note the request in the comment box in your shopping cart.

Order Confirmation 

Q. How can I be sure that my online order with Eva’s Cookies and Brownies went through?
A. Once you have completed the order process you will receive an order confirmation number. If you do not receive a confirmation number this means that your order did not go through. Additionally, you will receive an e-mail notification confirming your order. Please note: If you entered your e-mail address incorrectly, you will receive your order confirmation number at the end of your online order process, however you will not receive the e-mail confirmation. 

Order Status 

Q. Can I check the status of my order with Eva’s Cookies and Brownies online?
A. Once our carrier has picked up the order, you will be able to track the shipment of your order online using the tracking number that was emailed to you.

Q. If I do not have Internet access or do not wish to use my credit card online can I place an order with Eva’s Cookies and Brownies over the phone?

Q. Are Eva’s Cookies and Brownies products guaranteed for quality and freshness?
A. We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all Eva’s Cookies and Brownies products: If you are less than satisfied with the quality or freshness of a product, we will either replace your order or refund your total purchase (within 30 days of receipt). Just call 1-844-511-6962.

Eva’s Cookies & Brownies products are baked with high quality ingredients and no preservatives. Consume within 3 days of opening or freeze for freshness.

Reship Policy 

Q. If the item is delayed in shipment or not delivered due to an incorrectly or insufficiently entered address, will Eva’s Cookies and Brownies reship the item?
A. Because Eva’s Cookies and Brownies products are perishable food items & cannot be restocked once they leave our facility, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or not delivered because of an incorrect or insufficient address. Please make sure that the shipping address is absolutely correct before you submit the order.

Return Policy 

Q. Can I return an item ordered from Eva’s Cookies and Brownies?
A. Because our products are perishable food items, once they leave the Eva’s Cookies and Brownies facility we cannot accept returns. We stand behind our cookies and brownies, if you are not satisfied, please send us a note or call 1-844-511-6962 so we can better serve you. We are able to process replacement orders or refunds 30 days after purchase, after that we are unable to issue any refunds.

Shipping Rates 

Q. What are the shipping rates for orders placed with Eva’s Cookies and Brownies?
A. We ship through the United States Postal Service and offer priority mail and priority express mail. Shipping rates are determined by distance, and a rate calculator is shown in your cart at checkout. Orders placed after 10 am will ship the following day excluding postal holidays (ship date will be the next weekday after holiday). Orders placed after 10 am Friday through Sunday will ship on Monday excluding postal holidays (ship date will be the next weekday after holiday).
